Increasing Lead Conversions for Tom Stinnett RV

TomStinnettLogoTom Stinnett is well know within the RV Industry.  At age 28, after 10 years in the auto business, Tom Stinnett joined a small mobile home outlet. Not long after Tom's arrival, the owner wanted to sell the dealership. Tom convinced an RV manufacturer to lend him money to buy the owner out.
It was a wise investment.

Today, Tom's small mobile home outlet has grown into the an All-In-One RV Super Stop with the Region's Largest Indoor RV Showroom! The Tom Stinnett RV - Freedom Center sells about 1,200 units per year and employs nearly sixty RV professionals.

Tom is the former Chairman of the Recreational Vehicles Dealer's Association (RVDA) and current dealer representative to the GoRVing campaign.

The Problem

As a long time MyRVAdvantage customer (Tom is our very first customer) we've been through a lot of software, solutions, upgrade and changes with each other over the years.  Recently, Tom began working with us very directly to solve some of his online lead problems.  Like many stores, he had hired people in to handle these leads or distributed them throughout his sales organization.  But also like many dealer's t

hese leads were often not handled well or at all.  Additionally, even though Stinnett RV was on a service program from MyRVAdvantage and could generate top ranking pages on the products they carried conversions from visitors to customers was low.

How We Helped Stinnett RV

Recently we converted them from a services plan, where we maintained their website on a monthly basis, to a MarketBridge program where we're generating leads through Live Engagement then marketing to those leads and helping them improve their closing ratios.  We "man the store" even when their store is closed and help to deliver only the leads who are qualified directly to the sale staff.  Since we filter out 95% of the "junk leads" for them the staff responds better because MyRVAdvantage leads are viewed as gold.  The customers get a better online experience and the salespeople follow up quickly resulting in higher conversions and better customer engagement.

The Results
