MyRVAdvantage.com Redesign : Showcasing our MarketBridge Program and New Design Capabilities

Cobbler’s Shoes

For as much time as we spend on our customer’s websites, it seems we’re always neglecting our own.  “Yeah, yeah, I’ll get to that right after I finished this up for customer X”.  Our last redesign was a good first step and improvement from the previous site and while that gave us a better platform to share our expertise about what we do, our industry and our opinion on things – it fell a bit short in the “explaining what we do” department.

So, with the help of a lot of great people, this new website builds on what we started then and continues by providing us a place to talk about our new program: MarketBridge as well as providing a place for customers (and soon to be customers) an easier way to get information about what we do and how it can help their dealership.

A New Look

The new look for MyRVAdvantage.com is possible because of some new technology we’ve discovered that makes designing (skinning in our terms) an existing MyRVAdvantage website even easier with professional and high quality results.  Since MyRVAdvantage.com runs on the exact same platform as all of our MarketBridge customers we wanted to us it as a showcase for what is possible in web design on our platform.

The new “skin” was applied over our existing site, transforming the way everything looked and taking the conversion process down from a week long process to about two hours on a Friday night.

A New Purpose

One of the things we’re really excited to talk about with our new site is MarketBridge.  It’s been such a successful program for our customers, even during these challenging times that we needed a way to let more dealers know about it.  The new site gives us the perfect platform to clearly explain the program, it’s four main parts; attract, engage, convert & cultivate, and how all of the bits and pieces of what we do fits nicely into these turn-key programs designed to do one thing for dealers – help them Sell More.

Future Features

In the near future, we’ll be expanding our Community section to include some new social features for customers that make it easier for them to interact with our company, their account managers and even each other.  We recognize that there is a lot of knowledge within our customers and sometimes the best thing to do is get out of the way and provide a place for them to share ideas freely.
