Cultivate your prospects and turn them into leads

We’re pretty proud of the fact that our MarketBridge program can see a 20% closing ratio in the store to those prospects we converted into leads.  But what happens to the other 80%?  What about the walk-ins and show leads?  Who’s following up with the couple who came in “just to look”?  Let’s be honest, most of the time this is left up to the salesperson and more often than not – if they don’t buy today they get put in the “tickler” file.   But, is this communication effective?  Is it consistant?  Does it carry the message of the dealership?  What happens if the salesperson leaves, or forgets?
