We've been getting some support requests lately about the sort order on inventory types.  You may have noticed that when you enter a new type (or subtype) it shows up in the search drop down list and the browse module in a funky order. 



The inventory showroom module gives you complete control over how you want to display the order of your types.

1. Log into your website using an account that has access to edit types.
2. Access the level you want to change.
3. Using the up and down arrows, set the sort order for this level.



4. That's it.  When you view search drop down list or browse inventory your types will be displayed in the sort order you've selected.
