Seems like we’re always too busy to work on our own website around here. Well….after a long caffeine fueled effort, we’re been able to finally get our act together long enough to create a new site for MyRVAdvantage. Cobbler’s Shoes? You bet.
We’re hoping the new site will help us stay connected with customers, partners and each other better than in the past.
Seems like we’re pretty good at helping our customers keep their websites up to date and relevant but when it comes to practicing what we preach we’re pretty bad at it. Communication with our customers and partners and, we’ll even our competitors, is something that we’ve struggle with over the years. It’s not that we don’t want to communicate, it’s just that at the end of the day you make a call between helping a client and helping yourself….you all know what you do…we’re no different.
So, rather than continue to make excuses we’re employing some of our own ideas to make it easier for us to communicate with everyone and anyone interested in MyRVAdvantage by using the very same tools, software and concepts we use for our own customers.
We’ve simplified the site, made it more about short content this “Article” or “Blog” format so it’s easier to post information on a regular basis. We’ve also re-organized our content so that things are easier to find and maintain.
Lastly, we’re using some cool new features that come with all of our new sites for dealers including our Windows Live Writer interface which makes posting information to your site as easy as writing an email and attaching some images. You don’t even need to log into the site to update things.
