Company History

Founded in 2000, we are located in Louisville, Kentucky. As the primary brand of Firstegg LLC, MyRVAdvantage began offering website and customer relationship management solutions to Recreational Vehicle Dealerships in 2004. Since our initial launch, the company’s product and service offerings have expanded and matured but always remaining focused on a single goal – to help our customers Sell More.

Our Management Team


Paul O’Daniel, President, Co-Founder

Paul started in a “five guys in a room” software company managing client services and operations in 1995. That company grew and eventually became part of a top ten Enterprise Resource Planning Software Company within the span of a few short years.

Married 17 years to his high school sweetheart, Paul’s passion is family including his 4 kids: ages, 13, 11, 8, and 5. Priorities include coaching soccer and football as well as sitting on the Pastoral Council and Executive Committee and his Church. As if these things don’t keep Paul occupied, he loves hunting and sporting clays.

With an MBA from the University of Louisville, Paul’s focus is on operations and financial and business strategy.

Steven Webster, Vice President of Product Marketing, Co-Founder

With 16 years of software, hardware and large enterprise class and web based systems implementation experience Steven Webster brings a wealth of Fortune 500 project knowledge and problem solving abilities to everything we do. Steven is responsible for product research and development and as well as the company marketing and social networking solutions.

Steven focuses on products, operations, marketing and company strategy.

Originally from outside Boston, MA, Steven is married with three children, is a competitive cyclist and has been an avid RVer for the last six years in his lovingly restored Airstream motorhome.

Thomas Mattes, Vice President of Sales

Tom has been a leading force within the MyRVAdvantage team; effectively working with dealers to develop our new performance based programs and solutions while ensuring that the company delivered on sales promises, met deadlines and generated results for our customers.

Originally from North Carolina, Tom’s has been in some form of Sales and Marketing for the last ten years. Before joining MyRVAdvantage he managed corporate development for a gourmet food services business. Tom is married and has three daughters.

TwitterFeed A few of our dealers are just beginning to experiment with social media sites like facebook and twitter.  Since we launched our new website a few of them noticed our twitter feed that we display on the homepage of myrvadvantage.com.  Quite frankly we were surprised anyone noticed – but good catch!  This is a new module that allows you to connect your website to your twitter account and display the last few posts right on your homepage (or any other page on your site).

NewSiteSeems like we’re always too busy to work on our own website around here.  Well….after a long caffeine fueled effort, we’re been able to finally get our act together long enough to create a new site for MyRVAdvantage.  Cobbler’s Shoes?  You bet. 

We’re hoping the new site will help us stay connected with customers, partners and each other better than in the past.
